Meet Ella

A young girl with glasses and brown hair, smiling, lying on a pile of brown autumn leaves, wearing a pink shirt and black pants.

Hi there! I’m Ella, and I’m really happy you’re here!

In 2025, I was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). My brain is super busy—full of ideas and big feelings. I call it neurosparkly! Some things can be tricky for me. But I'm really good at using my imagination, noticing special details, and being kind. My differences are part of what make me me—and that’s something to be proud of!

Are you a kid who feels a little different sometimes?
A parent who loves a kid like me?
Or a teacher who wants to make school a kinder place for everyone?

If you answered “yes,” then I hope you decide to read my story or share it with someone who needs to hear the message! And if you want to learn more, share your own sparkle, or follow my adventures, you can find me on Instagram @neurosparklyella.

The Message

You're special just the way you are.

Ella and Her Neurosparkly Brain isn't about fixing what's different — it's about celebrating it. The book's message is simple and direct: everyone has their own kind of superpower, and thinking differently is something to be proud of, not something to hide.

Written for ages 3–9, meant to be read together with a trusted adult — for a kid who feels different sometimes, a parent who loves one, or a teacher building a kinder classroom.
